1. Introduction

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Definitions

”Products” refers to the goods available for purchase on our website.

”User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.

“Organiser” refers to the organising committee of the festival.
3. User Accounts
To purchase products, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product information, or fraud.

Payment: Payments must be made using the methods indicated on the website. You agree to provide valid payment information.
5. Delivery
Tickets will be issued digitally via email and will be required for entry on the event day.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
If the Festival is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such as (but no limited to) adverse weather or the results of adverse weather, unsafe ground conditions, damage, restriction of access by public authorities, fire, flood, storm or terrorist attack, the following will apply:-
Supplier – Where we have agreed to pay you, we will honour contractual liabilities we have agreed with you.
Trade Stand Holder, Food Vendor – Where you have agreed to pay us to attend you accept the risk of cancellation and acknowledge no refund of monies paid will be made.
Advance Ticket Holder – We will not refund any monies. Tickets may be held over and will be valid for the following year.
Sponsors – We will honour any written agreement we made with you at the time you agreed to be a Sponsor.
If the Show is cancelled for any other reason, the following will apply:-
Supplier – Where we have agreed to pay you, we will honour contractual liabilities we have agreed with you subject to a deduction of any savings you make through not attending (eg. You manage to obtain an alternative booking).
Trade Stand Holder, Food Vendor – if we cancel the Festival, we will refund any payment already made less 20%.
Advance Ticket Holder – if we cancel the Festival, we will refund any payment already made less 20%.
Sponsors – We will honour any written agreement we made with you at the time you agreed to be a Sponsor.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless so required by English Law, we will NOT in any circumstances be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or compensation (which included but is not limited to any loss of profit or goodwill) however it may arise.
The determination of a reason for cancellation rests with the Festival Organisers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of www.farnleyfestival.uk or our suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, www.farnleyfestival.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Insurance – All Trade Stand Holders must have public liability insurance and must be prepared to produce written evidence of insurance immediately upon the request of a Festival Organiser.
9. Generators
To avoid the risk of nuisance to traders/the public, we request that you provide the quietest generator available, have suitable means of noise suppression and be mindful of siting generator. Details of size, means of noise suppression and details of certification must be available for inspection.
10. Risk Assessment
All Trade Stand Holders must complete their own Risk assessment and be covered by their own liability insurance. The Organisers shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to stock or the public.
11. Ejection
The Organisers reserve the right to eject or have ejected from the Festival any person who shall be guilty of noisy or disorderly conduct.
12. Show start time is 12.00pm.
Trade Stand Holders may arrive on site from 10am to set up and must be cleared down by 5pm.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
15. Ticket Age Classifications and Prices

Infant - classed as under 5 years. FREE.

Children - classed as between 5 and 14 years and MUST be accompanied by an appropriate adult. We may request proof of age on entry. £5

Adults - classed as over 14 years. £10

OAPs - classed as over 65 years. £5

Family - classed as 2 Adults over 14 years and 2 Children under 14 years. £25
16. Tickets and Entry to the Event
Advance ticket purchases are only available online. Subject to numbers, tickets may be available on the gate on the day of the event.
Digital tickets with QR Code must be produced on the gate to gain entry. Proof of purchase may be accepted but is at the discretion of the Organisers. You will be issued a wrist band (must be worn at all times) which will allow you to leave and return the event at any time.
17. Food & Drink
Only food and drink purchased on the festival site may be consumed. Any food or drink found may be confiscated. Bag checks will be in force at the entrance.
